Refund Policy
At Keepitsealed we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied, our delivery and returns policy explains what to do.
Damaged Items
Should your order be received damaged in transit, please notify us by providing photographs of the outer packaging and damaged product. Send your information by email to enquiries@keepsitsealed.com Please notify us within 48hrs of receipt and we will be pleased to replace the product.
Once you receive confirmation from us, please repackage the damaged items and mark them up as “Return Items!!”. Please then notify us of the address to collect the items from.
Incorrect Items
If we have sent you an incorrect item(s), please notify us by emailing enquiries@keepsitsealed.com as soon as possible. Please advise us what the correct items are and we shall despatch these to you as soon as possible.
Please repackage the items and mark them up as “Return Items!!” and notify us of the address to collect the items from.
Refund
We are more than happy to offer refunds within 14 days of receipt, for products you no longer want. The products MUST be still in their unopened, original packaging. We cannot offer refunds for products that are returned to us in an unsellable condition or it is obvious that the products have been used.
Returns for refund are shipped at the cost of the customer and using a signed for delivery service, in the event the shipment gets lost/mis-laid.
